Jo Zucker Retail Matters
Jo Zucker is paired with Susan Gottlieb in the first ever affiliate team known
as Retail Matters. Having worked together in their own retail store for
over sixteen years they understand retail from the inside. They have seen
first hand how strategic planning and inventory management can help retailers
grow their businesses. Susan, also an accountant by training, specializes in
the math and science of retail. She is able to interpret these numbers in a
way that makes sense to retailers. Jo adds to the team's strength by
bringing merchandising and promotional ideas to the retailer. This combination
of skills makes for a strong team to increase profits and create success
for the independent retailer. They both live in Cleveland, Ohio and their
work is centered around the Ohio area.
