Please continue to call our Help Desk with any technical issues or problems.
This help desk service is intended to cover Retail Orbit application support including:
- User login and password support
- Assistance with usage of application\
- Identification of problem and escalation to appropriate persons.
- 8am - 8pm EST coverage
- On-call after hour, weekend, and holiday coverage (2 hour response)
- Remote Access to users systems as needed
