Doug Hilficker
With a retail background in high school and college, Doug turned his sights on the wholesale side of the apparel business and took his first job in NYC in the garment district. That was 30 years ago. He still continues helping his wife run Hilficker Associates as a manufacturer’s repping business out of Chicago working with hundreds of retailers in the Midwest.
But, his passion is helping retailers grow their business. In 2008, he heard about Management One™ for the first time and jumped in head first. He loves watching a business grow and prosper and helping retailers discover their gifts and start to see their businesses in new ways. The partnership he establishes with his clients is of great value to him.
