How does this program work?

  1. Fill out the form on this page indicating your information and the retailer you wish to help.

  2. Our sales team will reach out to you for a little more information about the referred retailer.

  3. You provide a personal introduction between you, the retailer and Management One via email, phone or video conference.

  4. The retailer agrees that this is a fit for their business and makes the wise decision to join the M1 family within 90 days of your first outreach to us (step 1 above).

  5. We send you a $500 VISA Gift card to use at your discretion.

Eligibility

All active clients of Management One are eligible to earn a $500 referral fee for new clients (“Referred Prospects”) who sign up with Management One following a direct referral from the existing client (“Referring Client”).  Only future new client sales are eligible.  No referral fees will be paid relating to customers who became Management One clients prior to December 31st, 2020.  Companies with whom Management One was already in active discussions regarding becoming a Management One client prior to any referral made by a Referring Client are not Referred Prospects for purposes of this program, and no referral fees will be due related to such prospects if they become customers of Management One.

Process

The Referring Client must follow all of the following steps to be eligible to earn a referral fee for new customers that it introduces to Management One.  First, the Referring Client must use the online referral form made available by Management One specifying the name, store name, contact information, and other pertinent details of the potential new customer (the “Referred Prospect”) to provide the relevant information to Management One.  Subsequently, the Referring Client must provide a direct introduction of the Referred Prospect to Management One’s sales team, via personal e-mail, conference call, or videoconference.  If, following this introduction, the Referred Prospect signs a contract to become a customer of Management One within 90 days of first submission of the online referral form, the Referring Client will be eligible for the new client referral fee (the “Referral Fee”) for the Referred Prospect.

The Referral Fee will be paid to the Referring Client following payment to Management One by the Referred Prospect of the Referred Prospect’s first month’s planning fee.  Payment of the Referral Fee will be by means of a Visa gift card with a value of $500, or by such other method as Management One may choose in its sole discretion,  The Referring Client is solely responsible for payment of any taxes that may be due on the Referral Fee.

Management One reserves the right to refuse to offer planning services to any Referred Prospect, in its sole discretion.  Management One also reserves the right to terminate or modify this client referral program at any time, in its sole discretion.
