Background
Havy's career began at Neiman Marcus, working her way from Assistant Buyer in Couture through Department Manager in Designer Jewelry and Merchandise Planner in Designer Sportswear. She went on to plan women's accessories at Urban Outfitters, then spent several years at Stanley Korshak across merchandise planning and buying — covering apparel, accessories, shoes, jewelry, cosmetics, and gifts. Most recently, she bought designer sportswear, cosmetics, gifts, and home for Mitchells.
That path across both corporate department stores and independent luxury specialty retail gives her a rare dual perspective on what actually drives a healthy, profitable assortment.
"I understand both corporate rigor and small-business reality — and I bring both to your business."
— Havy
“Havy has been an incredible asset to my business and has played a significant role in helping us grow. Her combination of deep inventory and planning expertise, analytical thinking, and real-world retail experience makes her truly stand out. What I especially value about Havy is her unique perspective. Having worked in both corporate and independent retail, she understands the best practices and rigor of larger organizations, while also understanding the realities and limitations that come with running a small business.”
